How do I book a ride?
Message us on WhatsApp with your route, date/time, pickup and drop-off addresses, passenger count, and vehicle preference. We'll confirm availability and finalize the details.
Do you support early morning / late night trips?
Yes. Availability depends on schedule and peak demand. For odd hours, booking earlier helps secure a slot.
Are there any extra charges?
Yes — waiting time during the trip is charged at SGD 35 per hour (Innova) and SGD 40 per hour (Alphard/Vellfire/Starex). Additional stops beyond one pickup and one drop-off are SGD 5 per stop.
Can I request a stop along the way?
Yes - just tell us beforehand. Short stops are usually fine; multiple stops or long waits may affect the quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayNow and cash. Payment is collected after trip completion.
